Terms & Conditions
1. Services Offered
A Drive to Thrive provides one-on-one coaching and personal development services designed to support mindset shifts, goal setting, and personal growth.
These services are not therapy or counselling and do not replace mental health, financial, medical, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, actions, and results during and after the coaching process.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. All users agree that the information they provide is truthful and accurate.
3. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked via our website scheduling system.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

5. Rescheduling
We understand life happens. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your session without penalty. Sessions rescheduled with less notice may be forfeited.

Coaching is a collaborative, professional relationship. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on your personal input, circumstances, and actions.
We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. If you are under the care of a mental health or medical professional, please consult them before making major decisions based on our sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, copy, tools, downloads, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of A Drive to Thrive unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
